FLIP Games Privacy Notice

About this notice

FLIP Games is a game development studio. This notice explains how information is handled when you use this website or contact the studio about a project, partnership or investment discussion.

The website presents business services. It does not provide player accounts, accept deposits or offer real-money gambling.

Enquiries and correspondence

The enquiry form asks for your name, work email, company if supplied, enquiry topic and project brief. When you press “Send enquiry”, these details are sent to our website server and forwarded to the studio’s private Telegram inbox. A delivery confirmation appears only after Telegram accepts the message. We use your email to respond. If delivery cannot be confirmed, you can retry or contact us directly by email.

The website does not maintain a separate database of enquiry contents. Basic in-memory rate limiting and duplicate prevention are used to protect delivery. Telegram stores delivered correspondence according to its service arrangements. Business contacts may also be entered by our team into a private Google Sheets register to track follow-up; it is not a public list.

When you send an email or use another agreed communication channel, we receive the contact details, professional information, message and attachments you choose to provide. Please avoid including identity documents, payment information, sensitive personal information or confidential technical material in an initial enquiry.

Website delivery and service providers

The website is configured for delivery through OpenAI Sites. Delivering a page requires the hosting infrastructure to receive technical request information, which can include an IP address, browser information, requested page and request time. Applicable hosting and platform terms govern any processing and retention by the provider. Where you use OpenAI account or platform features to access a site, OpenAI also handles that use under its Privacy Policy.

Business email is handled through Proton Mail, provided by Proton AG in Switzerland. Proton's current Mail Privacy Policy describes mail metadata processing, storage servers in Switzerland, Germany or Norway, and backups retained for up to 30 days. Email information may therefore be handled outside your country. Other providers involved in delivering your own email apply their own terms.

Telegram provides the private inbox used for form notifications. Its Privacy Policy describes processing by Telegram, including cloud-message storage; bot messages are not end-to-end encrypted secret chats. Google Sheets is used for our private business follow-up register under Google’s Privacy Policy. These providers may process information internationally. We restrict access to the inbox and register to the people handling enquiries.

You can contact us for information about relevant processing arrangements and, where required by applicable law, safeguards for international transfers.

Cookies and analytics

We do not add advertising trackers or analytics tools to this website. The enquiry tool does not save your enquiry in cookies, local storage or session storage.

Hosting or account features used to access the website may involve separate functionality or security technologies governed by the provider's applicable terms and notices. This notice does not override your settings or choices for those services.

We use information to answer enquiries, assess possible projects, communicate with business contacts, maintain website operation and security, and comply with applicable legal duties.

Depending on the processing and applicable law, the grounds include legitimate interests in business communication and website operation, taking account of your rights; steps you request before a contract and contract performance where you are a party; and legal obligations. Where a proposed activity requires consent, we will request it separately and explain how to withdraw it.

An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We do not sell personal information or use it for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Access and retention

Access is limited to people who need the information for the enquiry, project or administrative task. Service providers process information as needed to supply their services. Advisers may receive relevant information for legal or accounting work under appropriate confidentiality. Information may also be disclosed where lawfully required or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Ordinary enquiries are retained for up to 12 months after the last substantive contact, unless discussions remain active or a longer period is needed for a project, legal obligation or legal claim. Contract and accounting records are kept for the applicable legal period. Provider-held technical records are governed by the applicable service arrangements and retention criteria for delivery, security, troubleshooting and legal compliance. Backup deletion follows the relevant provider's deletion cycle.

We take reasonable steps to restrict access and protect information. No transmission or storage method offers absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. These rights are subject to legal conditions and retention obligations.

Send requests to flipgamesstudio@proton.me. We may request proportionate identity verification and will respond within the period required by applicable law. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or, where relevant, the competent data protection authority in your jurisdiction.

External websites and services have their own privacy practices. We may update this notice when our practices or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies this version; material changes will be brought to your attention where required.
