Website purpose and business enquiries

The website provides information about game design, artwork, engineering, custom development and co-development services. Game format illustrations describe areas of development; they do not establish a catalogue of released or certified games.

Sending an enquiry, preparing an email, viewing a demonstration or discussing a project does not create an order, development agreement, partnership or investment commitment. Scope, price, milestones, ownership, licensing, integration and release responsibilities are agreed separately in writing with the relevant parties.

The website is not an offer to buy securities or a commitment to provide investment returns.

Content and intellectual property

Website content may be owned by the operator or used under licence from its respective rights holders. You may view it and share links for ordinary evaluation of a potential business relationship. No ownership or commercial licence to source code, artwork, branding, music, specifications or a game is granted by access to this website.

Other reproduction, adaptation, distribution or commercial use requires the relevant rights holder's permission, except where applicable law permits it. Rights in third-party materials remain with their respective holders. These terms do not claim exclusive rights over abstract ideas, game genres or mechanics.

References to other organisations do not imply affiliation, endorsement or attendance at their events.

Demonstrations

Any playable prototype made available on this website is for demonstration using virtual credits only. Virtual credits have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, transferred for value or redeemed, and do not produce real-money prizes. A prototype's illustrative probabilities and multipliers are not a certification or a commitment about a future commercial product.

A demonstration does not establish readiness for regulated gambling. Commercial deployment requires the separately agreed scope and applicable market requirements. Additional evaluation conditions or an NDA may apply to a private demonstration if expressly agreed.

Responsible use and information you submit

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate another person or submit material you are not entitled to share. Any restrictions are subject to mandatory rights and exceptions under applicable law.

You retain your rights in the material you send. We may use an enquiry to evaluate and respond to your request; it does not transfer ownership of your project to us. Please agree confidentiality arrangements before sending sensitive source code, proprietary mathematics, trade secrets or other confidential material. Sending an unsolicited brief alone does not create a signed NDA.

The enquiry tool prepares a message locally and does not send it automatically. You review and send the message in your email application. Our handling of personal information is explained in the Privacy Notice.

Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep website information accurate but may update or remove content and suspend access. Information and prototypes are provided for general business evaluation and are not a guarantee of availability, suitability for a particular platform, regulatory approval or commercial performance. The parties' separate written agreement governs any purchased services or licence.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricts mandatory rights, or overrides a separately signed agreement.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, subject to mandatory provisions that apply. Competent courts are determined under applicable jurisdiction rules. A commercial agreement or NDA may contain a separately negotiated dispute provision.
